Natasha Munasinghe

Natasha Munasinghe is a solicitor and the Managing Director of The FRANK Team. She has most recently being a Judge at the Clean Tech Open which looks for new emerging ideas in the arena of sustainability.

Recently, she has appeared on media outlets including Channel 10 and SBS commenting on themes such as entrepreneurship, community engagement as well as the influence of emerging generations. Natasha’s clients include Department of Trade and Investment, Department of Education and Training, University of Technology Sydney and many others.

Jessica Schebesta

Jessica is a much sought after facilitator and keynote speaker on topics including leadership, self development, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Dr Kori Nemme

Dr. Kori has undertaken a PhD in empowering and understanding young people. She is an expert in taking a proactive approach towards personal development and obtaining opportunity.She has worked in a wide range of youth settings in the capacity as facilitator, mentor, teacher, university lecturer, PhD researcher and coach.

Kori currently works as a facilitator with the Red Cross, as Project Co-ordinator with Young UNIFEM Sydney, and is soon to begin her second business involving a cross collaboration of creative endeavours and assisting grassroots community initiatives in South East Asia.

Anf Chansamooth

Anf is the National Business and Partnerships Manager at HUB Australia – the largest co-working and innovation space in Australia. He is also a blogger for Huffington Post and has appeared on Channel 10.

He worked previously at Hewlett Packard training staff and managers before moving to Canada after a sudden brain surgery. Anfernee has tried his hand at salsa dancing and social media consulting as well as launching a Design for Change leadership program for students in Laos.

Silvia de Ridder

Silvia de Ridder is an amazing FRANK Team facilitator and describes herself as an Engineer of Human Excellence. Silvia works with organisations in the areas of organisational, leadership and people development. What makes Silvia unique is her combination of change capability and her background in engineering.

  • She is also an adjunct lecturer at UNSW

She brings an evidence and brain-based approach to developing people. Her academic accomplishments are complimented by further training in coaching, conflict management, positive psychology and leadership.

Silvia has over 20 years’ experience within corporate environments including leadership roles within the Telecommunications, Airline and Public Sector and Construction industries.

Melissa Abu Gazaleh

Melissa is the CEO of Top Blokes Foundation. She is also the 2015 NSW Young Australian of the Year. In 2015, she was a finalist in Westpac’s Women of the Future Awards.

  • Diploma of Community Services, TAFE NSW

At the age of 19 years, she realised there was something drastically wrong with how Australian young men were not engaged in the community, and founded the Top Blokes Foundation – a youth-led organisation that empowers young men to positively contribute to their local community through volunteering and education programs.
Melissa is an executive director of the NSW Men’s Health Forum, a chairperson for the Port Kembla Youth Project and has been selected as one of Australia’s Young and Extraordinary and one of Australia’s 100 Brightest Young Minds.

Haren Krishnadasan

Haren currently works for Commonwealth Bank of Australia in strategy and HR.

  • MBA, University of Newcastle

His career spans talent acquisition, project management, business partnering and sales in industries such as financial service, IT and consumer electronics. Haren has worked in many roles including as a senior talent acquisition manager at Microsoft, IAG and Datacom where he was responsible for developing graduate and leadership programs.

Madeline Smedley

Madeline is a talented and enthusiastic writer, public speaker and radio presenter

  • Bachelor of Communications (Distinction) RMIT
  • Won many awards for communication

Madeline has written technical news pieces, reviews of live performances, interviews with local and international celebrities, as well as promotional material and blogging for organisations and community groups.

Madeline is currently the Executive Producer of Breaking Curfew on Student Youth Network Media.

She currently works as a radio trainer for groups of university and high school students and has proven experience leading a diverse group of young people with a range of skills. Madeline has also previously worked for Everguide which is a national online event guide.
