Format of Training

We deliver face to face training sessions and presentations

Training Inclusions

– The FRANK Team will provide a project manager to oversee the booking and make the booking process seamless and smooth

– The FRANK Team will also undertake evaluations for each workshop (If requested)

Duration of Training

– Workshops and presentations range from 1 hour to full day sessions.

– Standard sessions are around 1 hour in duration.

Case Study #1; Mentoring Masterclass, Institute of Chartered Accountants
We worked with The Institute of Chartered Accountants to run a Mentoring Masterclass to prepare young professionals already working in the industry to understand the value of mentoring. We also showed them how to set up an effective mentoring structure for themselves.

The audience consisted of young professionals from small, medium and large accounting firms.

Topics covered included;

  1. – Definition and benefits of mentoring
  2. – Identify Big Hairy Audacious Goals (Bhags) for mentoring
  3. – Key challenges to overcome with mentoring
  4. – How to find corporate mentors
  5. – How to set yourself up for success in a mentoring relationship
  6. – Learning from mentors in the room – Partners of accounting firms spoke about their mentoring experiences

The feedback from the audience was overwhelmingly positive.

Case Study #2; Art of Networking, Young Professionals Committee, Sydney law firm
We worked with the Young Professionals Committee to deliver a 30 minute engaging presentation on Networking skills for their staff and their clients.

This presentations was to lead on from an early morning breakfast networking session and the purpose was to inform and engage young lawyers and young professionals.
Topics covered included;

    1. – Mythbusting networking
    2. – Networking benefits for young professionals
    3. – Tapping into power of existing networks
    4. – Networking strategies

The feedback from the session was positive and we were asked to deliver a second session, later in the year.
